Hassle-Free Returns for Damaged Items

At Miramont Cabinetry, we are committed to ensuring that your experience with our products is seamless and satisfactory. Understanding that issues may arise, we offer a straightforward process for the return of damaged items.

Return Process and Restocking Fee

Should you find it necessary to return an item, please be aware that all qualifying returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We allow 30 days from the date of receipt for you to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your items. To initiate a return, items must be in their original, unopened packaging. As such, we are unable to accept returns on any parts that have been assembled. All returns require prior authorization by Miramont Cabinetry to ensure that they are processed correctly.

Return of Unsellable Products

In instances where returned products are deemed unsellable, no credit will be issued. We aim to maintain the highest standards of quality and satisfaction, striving to ensure that all products you receive meet your expectations.

Damaged Items and Freight Damage Claims

For items damaged during shipping, we require that freight damage claims be filed within 5 business days of delivery. All claims must be accompanied by adequate documentation. Should you discover any defects or damages upon receiving your order, please contact us at info@miramontcabinetry.com within 48 hours. Upon receipt of your email, we will send a confirmation and proceed with the dispatch of replacement items at the earliest opportunity. Please note that products already installed or not in their original packaging cannot be claimed as damaged. Miramont Cabinetry assumes no responsibility for labor charges incurred during the installation process, irrespective of the distribution channel used.
