Full payment is required for the commencement of order production. All cabinets are assembled and professionally packaged, with assembly and packaging costs included in the prices. Each base cabinet is equipped with adjustable plastic toe kicks for your convenience.

For cabinets featuring a single door, it is essential to select either a left or right orientation. This selection is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure accuracy. Our 3DB cabinets are designed with two identically sized smaller drawers and one larger drawer, as depicted in the corresponding illustrations.

Please note that the SKU is utilized solely for cabinet identification purposes. The actual dimensions of each cabinet are detailed in the description. For textured wood patterns, the grain direction is uniformly vertical. However, grain matching between doors and drawer fronts within or across cabinets is not standard and is available only as an additional service.

The cabinet box or carcass details are prominently listed at the beginning of each door-style collection description. The construction material primarily consists of particle or furniture boards. Depending on the color selection, doors may feature either a particle board or MDF core/substrate. Plywood box construction is available as an optional service.

Drawer boxes are crafted from metal, specifically the Hettich Avantech series, and we use soft close Syssys 105-degree hinges for standard applications, with 135-degree hinges for Lazy Susan, WER, and BBC configurations. Vanity cabinets incorporate the Hattich Attira series.

Please be advised that accessories such as trash cans, spice racks, and other pull-out cabinets are not included in the standard pricing but can be purchased separately via links provided at the end of each product list on our website, www.miramontcabinetry.com.

Toe kicks are color-coordinated with the cabinet doors. Edge banding is applied only to the exposed sides of panels, with the back and top sections remaining unbandaged. For base microwave, fridge, and oven cabinets that require a European look, including counter-depth fridge cabinets, we request the dimensions of the appliances. This customization and the associated cabinets will incur additional charges.

All wall lift-up cabinets feature Blum Aventos Series hinges, with installation included in the price. However, customers are responsible for adjusting the lift-up hinges as needed. Notably, our sink base, trash can, and spice rack cabinets do not have shelf pin holes on the side panels, and the doors for a trash can and spice rack cabinets do not have hinge holes.

Miramont Cabinetry does not offer certain accessories with our European-style cabinets, including scribe molding, quarter-round molding, batten molding, crown molding, cove molding, light rail molding, and furniture base molding. End panels are supplied in larger sizes to allow installers to cut them down as necessary. The responsibility for "scribing to the wall" and "scribing to the floor" lies with the installer, eliminating the need for scribe and quarter-round molding. All end panels are edge banded on the exposed sides, and installers are tasked with measuring and cutting the panels to fit.

For wood-textured decorative end panels, the grain direction is consistently vertical. Please note that delivery and installation costs are separate from the list prices.
